Cinnamon Collagen Latte
I have gotten so many questions over on Instagram about my homemade lattes that a dedicated blog post was in order! This is our base recipe, and the version below with added collagen is a great way to add in some extra protein!
Cinnamon Collagen Latte:
1&1/2 cups brewed organic coffee
1T coconut milk or cream
1T grass-fed ghee
1-2 scoops grass-fed collagen
Optional: 1/2 tsp maple syrup or honey (Omit for Whole30)
Optional: 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality essential oil OR 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (the oil provides more flavor!)
Add ingredients to a wide mouth glass jar in the order listed, then blend with an immersion blender until frothy. Pour into your favorite mug (I like this one to keep it nice and hot!) and enjoy!
Optional variations and add-ins:
Peppermint Vitality essential oil
1tsp coconut oil
Nutmeg Vitality essential oil or ground nutmeg
Splash of almond milk or heavy cream
