Welcome!! Food is one of my favorite topics because I love to eat! Back in 2008 my husband and I switched our diet to mostly paleo and have stayed that way ever since. We have completed multiple Whole 30s (inlcuding one at six months pregnant!) and love to use that as a reset for our bodies. You can read more of that story here!
