Welcome!! Food is one of my favorite topics because I love to eat! Back in 2008 my husband and I switched our diet to mostly paleo and have stayed that way ever since. We have completed multiple Whole 30s (including while pregnant and nursing) and love to use Whole30 as a reset for our bodies. You can read more of that story here!
